“Ryan was able to help me perfectly squeeze all that I could out of the prep and marathon execution and I would have been much worse off if I hadn’t decided to train with him. I learned a ton through my time with him with respect to running, incorporating strength training, proper fueling, etc. Cannot recommend him enough!”

how the coaching process works
strength training for runners
Ensure that you can continue to do what you love
Strength training significantly enhances running economy —the energy cost of running at a given pace—by improving neuromuscular efficiency, tendon stiffness, muscle fibre recruitment, and postural stability. These changes reduce the impact of running, enabling you to continue doing what they love in the best possible way.
Here’s what you can expect
A review of session goals and desired outcomes (according to your running and injury history)
A gait/technique analysis. This is used to provide direction and context for the strength session. Strength exercises performed will be referred back to your own individual style and sense of movement.
A 90 minute strength training session that is not only instructional, but also informative - my goal is to encourage you to create a better sense of awareness around how you move. Efficient running is a skill that needs to be learned and reinforced.
An individually structured strength training programme to take away
Guidance on how to work your strength training programme into your running week.
